Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Farèa, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy below.

1. Delivery Options & Fees

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only.

  • Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your order.
  • The applicable delivery fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.
  • We do not offer next-day delivery, click & collect, or international shipping at this time.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) will usually be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
  • During busy periods (e.g., sales, Christmas, promotional launches), processing times may be longer.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery dates are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Farèa is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, severe weather, seasonal demand).

4. Remote & Restricted Areas

  • Certain addresses in Northern Ireland, offshore islands, and remote parts of Great Britain may fall outside standard courier coverage.
  • If this affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional delivery charges.

5. Couriers & Tracking

  • We work with trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail and DPD.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

6. Non-Receipt of Goods

  • If your order has not arrived within five working days of the order date, please contact us at info@carryfarea.com within 10 days of placing your order.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for missing parcels reported outside this timeframe.

7. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier may reattempt delivery or provide collection instructions.
  • If a parcel is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, you may be required to cover the cost of redelivery.

8. Risk of Loss & Proof of Delivery

  • All orders require proof of delivery (signature or photographic confirmation).
  • Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery has been confirmed.

9. Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure details are accurate; we cannot accept liability for delays or losses due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is returned for this reason, an additional charge may apply to resend it.

10. Multiple Items

  • Orders containing several items may be dispatched together or separately depending on stock availability.
  • You will only be charged one delivery fee per order, based on the final combined weight of your parcel.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

We will always do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe, but Farèa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include courier disruptions, severe weather conditions, customs issues, or periods of unusually high demand.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

At Farèa, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This section explains your rights and our policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

  1. Immediate Cancellations

    You may request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing info@carryfarea.com.

    After this period, we may have already started processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.

  2. Standard Items (Non-Customised)

    For non-customised products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

    Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty.

    The goods remain your responsibility until they reach us; we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier.

    If your entire order is returned. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

  3. Customised & Personalised Items

    Customised or personalised products — including items with monogramming, initials, or special designs — are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once production has begun, unless they are faulty or incorrectly made.

    Your right to cancel or return does not apply if:

    • The product was made or customised specifically for you;
    • The product is returned without reasonable care or without its original packaging;
    • The personalisation matches the details you submitted (e.g., spelling mistakes).

    If you believe your customised item is defective:

    • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@carryfarea.com with your order number and photos.
    • We will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage.
    • Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

  4. Orders Already Dispatched

    If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel, please follow the return process described in this policy.

  5. Discounted Items

    Items purchased with a discount can be returned, but the refund will reflect the revised order value after the discount was applied.

  6. Exclusions & Statutory Rights

    We regret that postage and packaging costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded.

    Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
