Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Farèa, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy below.

1. Delivery Options & Fees

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only. Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your order:

 

·         The applicable delivery fee will be calculated automatically at checkout. At this time, we do not offer next-day delivery, click & collect, or international shipping services.

 

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) will usually be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.

During busy periods (such as sales, Christmas, or promotional launches), processing times may be longer.

 

3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes two to three working days from the date of dispatch. While we make every effort to meet these timescales, delivery dates are indicative and cannot be guaranteed. Farèa is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, strikes, severe weather, or seasonal demand.

 

4. Remote & Restricted Areas

Certain addresses in Northern Ireland, offshore islands, and remote parts of Great Britain may fall outside our standard courier coverage. If this affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether additional delivery charges apply.

5. Couriers & Tracking

We work with trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail and DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

6. Non-Receipt of Goods

If your order has not arrived within five working days of the order date, please contact us at info@carryfarea.com within 10 days of placing your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for missing parcels reported outside this timeframe.

 

7. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier may reattempt delivery or provide instructions for collection from a local depot. Should your parcel be returned to us following multiple failed delivery attempts, you may be required to cover the cost of redelivery.

8. Risk of Loss & Proof of Delivery

All orders require proof of delivery, either via signature or photographic confirmation from the courier. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery has been confirmed.

9. Delivery Address Accuracy

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure these details are accurate, as we cannot accept liability for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us for this reason, an additional charge may apply to resend it.

10. Multiple Items

Where an order includes several items, these may be dispatched together or separately depending on stock availability. Regardless, you will only be charged one delivery fee per order, based on the final combined weight of your parcel.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

We will always do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe, but Farèa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include courier disruptions, severe weather conditions, customs issues, or periods of unusually high demand.
