Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

At Farèa, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This section explains your rights and our policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Immediate Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing info@carryfarea.com. After this period, we may already have started processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.


2. Standard Items (Non-Customised)

For non-customised products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty.

  • The goods remain your responsibility until they reach us; we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier.

  • If your entire order is returned. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods. 

3. Customised & Personalised Items

Customised or personalised products — including items with monogramming, initials, or special designs — are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once production has begun, unless they are faulty or incorrectly made.


Your right to cancel or return does not apply if:


  • The product was made or customised specifically for you;

  • The product is returned without reasonable care or without its original packaging;

  • The personalisation matches the details you submitted (e.g., spelling mistakes).


If you believe your customised item is defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@carryfarea.com with your order number and photos.

  • We will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage.

  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.


4. Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel, please follow the return process described in this policy.


5. Discounted Items

Items purchased with a discount can be returned, but the refund will reflect the revised order value after the discount was applied.


6. Exclusions & Statutory Rights

  • We regret that postage and packaging costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded.

  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
