These Terms govern your use of the Website and all purchases through it. We may update them from time to time—please check back periodically.


Use of the Website confirms your acceptance of the most up-to-date Terms.

4. Ordering Products

You may browse our collection and add items, including customised or standard handbags, to your cart at any time. Please ensure that all details entered at checkout — such as product selection, colour, size, customisation, and shipping address — are accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by you.

After placing an order, you will see an on-screen acknowledgement and receive an email containing your order number. Please note that this acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. This may occur if:

·         the goods are unavailable,

·         we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment,

·         there has been an error in pricing or product description,

·         you do not meet eligibility criteria set out in these Terms,

·         your personalisation request contains inappropriate content (including threatening, abusive, or offensive wording), or

·         we reasonably believe the order has been placed for commercial or non-domestic purposes.

Your contract with us is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email confirming the details of your accepted order, including products, total price (with delivery), delivery address, and payment method.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If this occurs, we will contact you to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel and refund it.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Farèa does not store your full card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery charges are based on parcel size and weight.

Orders placed before 3:00 pm (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are usually processed and dispatched the same day or within 24 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch, although delivery dates are indicative only.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered and confirmed by the courier (signature or photographic proof). We cannot accept liability for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control or by incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You may request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order by contacting us at info@carryfarea.com. After this time, we may have already started processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.

For non-customised products, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Customised and personalised products (including monogrammed or initialled items) are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has begun, unless they are faulty.

Discounted items may be returned, but the refund will reflect the revised order value after discounts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by Farèa Limited. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

 

9. Liability

Farèa takes reasonable care to ensure that the information, content, and materials displayed on this website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that the website, its content, or any services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects, viruses, or other harmful components. Access to the website may occasionally be suspended or restricted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control, and we accept no liability for any disruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farèa shall not be liable for:

·         any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, business, goodwill, or data;

·         any losses arising from your reliance on information contained on the website or linked third-party websites;

·         any damage caused by viruses, cyberattacks, or other technologically harmful material resulting from use of this website or downloading materials from it;

·         any losses arising where products have been altered, misused, or not used in accordance with our care instructions; or

·         any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including courier delays, strikes, lockouts, fire, flood, severe weather, or disruption to internet or communication services).

Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, your order, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the product(s) in question.

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit our liability for:

·         death or personal injury caused by our negligence,

·         fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or

·         any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or limit liability under UK law.

If your use of materials on this website results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment, software, or data, you will be responsible for those costs.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farèa, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

·         your breach of these Terms,

·         your misuse of this website, or

·         any claim by a third party arising from your use of the website or products.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to have full force and effect.

Only the parties to these terms and conditions may seek to enforce them. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended as granting any persons who are not parties to these terms any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
